It is also possibile to choose the version of kubernetes which will be installed. To do so override the variable
kubernetes_version: <version> with the version you want. By default it would install version 1.18.1

group_vars/all/vars.yml file.
It is also possible to create an ignored file, such as
group_vars/all/extra_vars.yml (which is already ignored) in which to override the variables and then to start the playbook as follow:
